You might think I'm a bit weird for house hunting while Sean's out of work, but our lease is up the end of May and we really don't want to renew. We have the VA loan on our side so that will help. So the few houses I've been looking at I wanted to post for your opinions.
You can find them all on www.lasvegashomes.com We're looking for something under $120,000, with 4 or more bedrooms, 2000 sq. ft. or more, and not necessarily looking for a pool. We'd like a garage, but if we find a good deal we might forego that. We're also looking in the Northwest areas of Las Vegas. I would love to live in Summerlin, but the houses are way too high.
