Back in the swing

 My newest hair cut.
Sean got a motorcycle for his birthday/Christmas 2012. He took the kids for a ride the other day. And below is Malachi's Ruby Thomas 2012/2013 school picture.
I finally may have time to devote to the blog. It has been almost 2 years since my last post. I am sorry for this. Its been very busy with Malachi in school and me at home with Arwen. I am just going to start from now and try to catch up later. Thanks.

Sean had a Birthday

We didn't get any pictures from the actual party, but it was with friends we consider family and I think Sean had a good time. He had a Strawberry Cheesecake at the party, but Malachi picked a frozen Reeses ice cream cake for him at our home celebration.
Sean turned 27 this year. We are so thankful to have him as the head of our family.

Nana sent diapers for Arwen

Nana sent diapers for Arwen so naturally we had to play in the boxes. Mal was able to get all the way down in the box with just his hand sticking out.

Boo!

Arwen taking a turn in the box.

She didn't stay in very long, but it was fun while it lasted.

Lower Marsh Creek and Downey

My Dad loves to take Malachi up in the mountains when we visit. We always have lots of fun.

Arwen not so sure about the water.

Arwen loves her Aunt Sarah.

She didn't cry when we put her feet in the water. In fact she loved it.

Sarah walking with Mal down stream.

My Dad found a good sitting place.

On the way back to Downey there's a spot where the water is all over the road. Malachi loved throwing sticks and watching them go down stream.

The original Salvesen Homestead.

I sure miss my Cousin Tami. Her headstone is lovely and truly reflects the person she was.

Arwen with her Great Uncle Karl.

Arwen started to get sleepy, but here's a pic of her with her Great Grandpa Criddle.

Amelia had just gotten home from work, but still had some smiles for Arwen.

My friend Heather's oldest daughter Marryne just loved Arwen and wanted to hold her every second we were there. It was quite sweet. Malachi had a blast playing with Kaleb.

Idaho part 2

My Mom watched the kids for me and sent me to get a pedicure.

Mal and Gma love doing puzzles together.

I love little girls in jeans. :-)

Arwen getting closer to crawling.

Found a caterpillar at the park.

Beautiful sunset in Idaho.

Scout Mountain Part 1

When we get to Idaho our favorite thing to do is go hiking up Scout Mountain. It's so beautiful and green. The water level was really high this year too.

I absolutely love taking pictures of the wildflowers.

My favorite pictures are of Mal and Aaliyah holding hands and walking up the trail.

This was a steep area on the mountain and the rock was huge.

I helped Amber get up in the tree and then lifted the two kids up. It was about 5 ft. off the ground.

Mother and daughter enjoying a nice walk together.

The water was clear up to the trail in some spots.
